A very happy special Birthday to my little boy Jace 🩵 I cannot believe he’s already 8 years old! Every day he teaches me something. He always makes me laugh and is so loving. He shows me that despite challenges you can do anything. I love you so much 🩵🩵

I can’t believe it’s been a year since we were on the Disney Wish for Halloween on the high seas!

What does Halloween on the high seas mean?
🎃 Exclusive character meet in greets in their Halloween costumes, including Clarabelle, Daisy and Minnie as the Sanderson sisters (be sure to arrive early as their line gets long quick)
🎃 Halloween special backdrops for photos
🎃 Trick or treating one night (arrive extra early as it gets BUSY and it’s only for a limited time)
🎃 Mickeys Mouse-quarade deck party

This is of course on top of everything else Disney Cruise Line has to offer! Your navigators app will have all the update info and times for everything!

Brick or Treat is BACK at LEGOLAND Florida Resort (hosted) and this year they added something brand new, Brick or Treat Street in Imagination Zone. It’s such a cute addition: six LEGO Monster homes, interactive moments, and candy stations that make it feel like a little Halloween neighborhood! It was a highlight for the kids. The real question is will you get a trick OR treat? And it’s in AC.. great escape from this Florida heat!

And that’s just the start. Here’s everything happening this year:

👻 Halloween attractions: like Halloween Galacticoaster and Department of Monster Vehicles.
🧛‍♂️ Live entertainment: Zombie Cheer Crew, V.I.M. Dance Party, Jammin’ Jacks, and Monster Skytacular.
🧙‍♀️ LEGO Monster characters: LEGO Plant Monster, Wacky Witch, Spider Lady & more!
🎃 Seasonal bites & sips: We tried the Pumpkin Pie Apple Fries and Monster Loaded Fries, both so good. Apple fries are ALWAYS on my mind.
🍭 Candy states throughout the park (this starts at 2pm).
🧪 Potion Mischief Light Trail after dark near LEGO City (we didn’t stay, but it looks awesome).

Plus don’t forget to spot all the Halloween LEGO figures at MINILAND USA!

Craving something sweet? Le Macaron Celebration in Celebration has every flavor you can imagine for Macarons, the kind where you stand there debating because they all look too good (hosted).

We turned it into a mommy‑daughter date and had the best time picking out our favorites. And yes… gingerbread iced lattes all year.

And beyond the macarons, they’ve got gelato, chocolates, drinks (so many flavors), and so many other desserts and pastries that make the whole place feel like a little French treat adventure.

We tried:
An assortment of macarons, Nutella beignet, raspberry gelato, pink white Eiffel Tower, lipstick chocolate (and yes you can wear too!), macaron cake, chocolate chip meringue and a hot chocolate and ice latte! And everything was SO GOOD!

Best part about living in Central Florida region? Being only 1-2 hours away from the beach on each coast! Here is a little recap of our most recent staycation in Sarasota and Venice! More to come on it (a bit delayed but better late than never)!

We stayed at the Carlisle Inn Sarasota in Pinecraft. This is also known for the Amish community and some pretty amazing food here! More to come! And cookie hour just makes it 100% worth it.

We also naturally went shark teeth hunting at Manasota and visited Venice because it’s such a cute area!

It’s a perfect weekend getaway!

I’m officially under 200lbs and so close to my first goal weight! 🎉
When I started this journey I was at my heaviest ever at almost 250lbs. I have been taking wegovy to help due to having issues with weight loss and I feel like I have so much more freedom. I feel healthier and now I’m not always out of breath. While right now I’m having health issues that are causing me not to work out, I’m proud of myself with still pacing with what I eat and do as much as my body allows me to do right now.

To everyone else working on your goals… keep up the amazing work!
