🚧 Yacht Club Community Park Update 🚤

Marine Improvements: Bids are now being accepted for new docks, relocated boat ramps, and seawall replacement. Construction is expected to begin later this summer.

Yacht Club Building: Design plans are underway and expected to be completed in November 2025.

Fishing Pier: Recent work includes foundational geotechnical studies and pier design.

Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting project continues to progress!

Viceroy and Monarch butterflies look very similar. The two species are considered “co-mimics.” By sharing the same warning colors, each species benefits from the other’s appearance, making it less likely either one will be eaten by a predator.
