Back in the mid to late 90s was the perfect push for the second wave of Punk Rock. This wave brought more of a melodic sound to the music. It’s also prompt Surf videographers to use all the music that and would allow us to use to promote the bands that were on their labels. There is definitely a lot more smaller labels in Orange County. But the best thing about this was being able to put my friend’s band multiple times in my movies and I also got to film them everywhere! So, thanks for letting me use your music all the time whether you’re label let me or not. I still promoted the s**t out of you guys and still due to this day!
