We are finishing off Season 3 of TPYG in the rolling hills of southern Illinois for a unique adventure.

We'll start off by settling in for a perfectly quaint stay at the Carbondale Pool House. Then we'll head deep into the woods of Shawnee National Forest to explore Starved Rock Wilderness. Next we head to downtown to do some LARPing at Boo Rochman Memorial Park then grab a cocktail and an amazing meal at Keepers Quarters.

We'll finish our adventure off by ordering a tall beer at Route 51 Brewing Company & Banquet Center while Chance dives into the unsolved arson at The Pyramids Apartments and Laken haunts us with the tales of the Hundley House.

We're headed for the Deep South this week!

The Palmetto State has a lot to offer so, we'll kick of our adventure by setting up shop at the Clevedale Historic Inn and Gardens. Then we'll head into the South Carolina forests to visit Croft State Park then brace for and educational adventure at Spartanburg Science Center. Next, we'll drive into the classic Americana diner, Sugar-n-Spice, for a burger and a shake.

Finally, we'll settle into Holliday Brewing for a cold beer while Laken tells the story of the psychotic real estate agent, Todd Kohlhepp, and Chance haunts us with the stories of Spartanburg's most haunted cemetery, Oakwood a.k.a. Hell's Gate.

We have put together a very special episode for a very special occasion, Yellowstone National Park is 150 years old!

We'll kick off the birthday celebrations by checking into the historic Old Faithful Inn and then take a wolf viewing tour of the park in a snow coach! Next we'll take some time to enjoy the stunning geothermal features of the park, then head into Gardiner, Montana for a mouthwatering meal at Grizzly Grille.

Finally we'll make out way to Cody, Wyoming to enjoy a beer at Cody Craft Brewing while Chance tells the peculiar tale of the Yellowstone Zone of Death and Laken recounts some of the hauntings of the world's first national park.

We've once again ventured deep into the Appalachian Mountains, this time to an unforgettable college town.

Our first stop is the perfectly scenic Mountain Lake Lodge where we'll enjoy a pet-friendly, rustic, retreat. Then we'll venture deeper into the hills to explore U.S. Forest Service - George Washington and Jefferson National Forests before heading back to town to take in the region's history at Blacksburg Museum and Cultural Foundation.

After grabbing some mouth-watering Greek food at Souvlaki, we'll finish the day off by enjoying the scenery and beer at Rising Silo Brewery while Laken recounts the tragic tale of the Virginia Tech mass shooting and Chance delves into the lore behind the Hell Hounds of Virginia.

Back to the plains this week and into the heart of Wildcat Country.

We'll snuggle into the 'Charming Hideaway', or at least that's what Google calls it. Then we'll head just out of town to Tuttle Creek State Park - Kansas Wildlife & Parks to explore the beauty of the flint hills then head back to town to visit the historical Sunset Zoo. Finally, we'll grab some all day breakfast at Early Edition MHK.

As we wrap up our northeast Kansas adventure, we'll sip a cold beer from Manhattan Brewing Company while Laken weaves the tale of the St. Mary's Hospital hauntings and Chance recounts the story of the Great Flood of 1951.

We're making our way to one of our nation's newest National Parks this week.

To start things off we'll check in for a stay at the Bridge Inn along the shores of Lake Michigan. Then we'll head in the park for a hike through the unique environments of the park along Cowles Bog Trail and do a little geocaching. Then we'll head into Michigan City to grab an unforgettable meal at Shoreline Brewery.

To finish off the day, we cruise over to Chesterton to grab a cold local brew at The Chesterton Brewery while Laken dives into the disappearance of Anne Miller, Patricia Blough, and Renee Bruh and Chance will detail the strange tail of the Michigan City Wild Child.

Back to the East coast we go, this time for an adventure in the Garden State!

We'll start by enjoying a quaint stay at Mathis House at 600 Main, a B&B and Victorian Tea Room. Then we'll head to the pine barrens to explore Double Trouble State Park and brace for an unforgettable journey with River Lady Cruises. After docking, we'll grab some satisfying seafood at Water Street Bar and Grill and partake in some local craft beer at Battle River Brewing.

As we enjoy our leisurely day on the Jersey Shore, Laken will dive into the strange tale of the murder of Maria Marshall and Chance uncovers the deeper truth behind the Jersey Devil.

As many of you know, we have been pretty overwhelmed lately. Between new jobs, school, and new adventures we have been barely writing and recording episodes before the release date.

Because of that, and the fact that we caught the sick (not THE sick), we decided that we needed to take a step back to ensure that we are producing the highest quality content for our loyal fans.

Don't worry, we will be back next week with a brand new episode. In the mean time, try to channel the energy of this dog wrapped in a blanket. We are.

This week we are setting aside our distain for Iowa's western neighbor (kind of) to guide you on a Great Plains adventure!

We'll start off by checking in to Burchell's White Hill Farmhouse Inn Minden, Nebraska to enjoy farm fresh meals and peaceful scenery. Then we'll head to Sherman Reservoir State Recreation Area to take in the beauty of the Nebraska landscape. Next we'll head into Grand Island to learn about the pioneer days at Stuhr Museum Of The Prairie Pioneer and grab a mouthwatering burger at SIN CITY GRILL.

Finally we'll pull up a seat at Kinkaider Brewing Company to enjoy a cold Nebraska brew while Chance recounts the tragic Schoolhouse Blizzard of 1888 and Laken tells the tale of the Witch's Bridge and considers the possibility of a curse on Nine Bridges Road.
