The evening includes a live panel conversation with local creatives + community leaders:

We had a great time at July’s Second Saturday Social at Inner Circle Gallery at Circle Real Estate in the Carmel Arts & Design District today! 🎨

What an unforgettable event!

Our May 10th CREATIVITY x MENTAL HEALTH Inspiration Session was nothing short of soul-filling. We came together in the heart of the Carmel Arts & Design District to explore the deep, often unspoken connection between creativity and mental well-being - through honest conversation, shared experiences, and healing practices.

We have immense gratitude to our incredible panelists who showed up with vulnerability, wisdom, and power:
🎤 Devon Ginn – cultural connector, poet, and meditation guide
🎤 Natasha Rankin – entrepreneur, investor & breathwork facilitator
🎤 Keaton Evans-Black – licensed therapist, art therapist, and visual storyteller

Guided by our founder and moderator, Anne O'Brien, this conversation gave us tools, truth, and a reminder that we’re not alone in this journey.
