The mission of Create What You Crave is to amplify the voice of local creatives and offer space for connection and inspiration.

We produce events and media with the intention to build a community for creatives and advocate for the arts.

We're seeking speakers for our Dec. 13 "Favorite Things" Panel event! We're inviting local creatives to take the mic with a 5-minute TED-style talk + slideshow to convince us why we should fall in love with their "favorite thing" (Think: an artist, a ritual, a book, a local nonprofit, a place, a weird hobby, etc.)

Have a favorite thing you’re obsessed with? Submit your idea by Fri, Nov. 21 for a chance to be one of our featured speakers!

Internship Opportunity! Create What You Crave is searching for a motivated intern to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, event production, and nonprofit development. It’s perfect for students or emerging professionals passionate about creativity and community impact.

This timely panel brings together influential voices in Indiana’s creative sector to explore the power of the arts in shaping culture, building community, economic development, and more.

The evening includes a live panel conversation with local creatives + community leaders:

• Nancy Heck, Marketing Director at Carmel Symphony Orchestra, Former Director of Community Relations & Economic Development for the City of Carmel

• Moderated by Anne O'Brien, community builder, communications strategist and founder of Create What You Crave
