Doomsayer Records and VoidHaus join forces to exhume a formative live document from FULCI, the amplified drone brainchild of Adam Wright & Eric Crowe. Captured at The Boiler Room in Birmingham, Alabama on August 13, 2002, this performance opened a devastating lineup featuring Hog Mountin, Dove, and Rwake, preserving a moment where heavy underground lineage and experimental sound exploration converged in real time.

Presented as a single improvised 19½-minute movement, the recording exists as a raw study in amplified drone — volume as architecture, resonance as structure, and feedback as collaborator. Dense layers of sustained distortion generate evolving harmonic fields where fragments of riff and tone surface organically, dissolving and reforming under the physical pressure of amplification. Rather than traditional composition, the performance unfolds through immersion, repetition, and the unstable interaction between performer, amplifier, and space.

Within this live transmission lie the earliest tonal blueprints that would later be isolated and reshaped into Dead Lights | Red Sky. Here they remain unrefined and intact — embryonic forms captured before separation into individual entities, documenting the moment where improvisation became future structure.

This dual-label release reflects the project’s dual nature: rooted in the heaviness and atmosphere of the Southern underground while simultaneously operating within the realms of amplified drone, experimental sound, and process-driven improvisation.

Live at The Boiler Room (2002) stands as both historical artifact and sonic excavation — a physical, immersive performance preserved in its rawest state, where sound itself served as the only guide.

Aberdeen Abattoir debuts with Total Destruction Of The Masculine Past, a Harsh Noise Wall release that grinds identity, memory, and inherited violence into a single, unyielding slab of sound. This is not passive listening—this is pressure, density, and collapse rendered in pure noise.

The walls are thick, crunchy, and suffocating, locked into a relentless stasis that refuses catharsis. Layers of scorched texture grind endlessly, invoking rusted machinery, institutional decay, and the slow violence of time.
