It was a pregnancy I never wanted-at least not the way it happened.

When life hands you a moment that rhymes with your oldest wound, your body remembers before your mind does.

This episode goes places I have never gone publicly before.

New episode.

Repost from

There’s an invisible contract women often sign. Myself included.

For years I thought being the one who handles everything was just part of who I am.

Capable. Reliable. The one who catches it before it falls.

What I didn’t realize was that somewhere along the way, that stopped being a strength and became a silent contract.

I was anticipating everyone’s needs before they had them. Stepping in before anyone asked. Holding the emotional temperature of every room I walked into.

Not because someone made me. Because I was the one who could. And the room had learned that.

The question that changed everything for me: at what point did I agree to be responsible for stabilizing everything?

This week’s podcast episode is about exactly this. The invisible leadership contract, how capable women inherit it, and what it takes to consciously choose what you carry.

The exhaustion most of us carry is not from our ambition.

It's not from working hard. It's from carrying responsibility that was never consciously chosen.

This week on Monday Mindset on I'm going deep on this. What the invisible contract is, how it forms, where it shows up, and what it actually means to renegotiate it without abandoning the people you love or the leadership you've built.

If you've ever paused in the middle of handling everything and thought, at what point did I agree to this, this episode is for you.

Check it out. Link in bio.

You can tell the story cleanly.

You can understand it, name it, even feel proud of how far you've come.
And then life hands you a moment that rhymes with your oldest wound —
and suddenly your chest is tight, your jaw is set, and your hands want to fix something that isn't yours to fix.

That is not a setback.

That is your nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do.
It remembered before you did.

The work is not to stop that from happening.

The work is to notice it. Feel where it lives in your body. And choose your next move from something steadier than the alarm signal.

That is what healing actually looks like.
Not in a journal prompt. Not in a breathwork session.

But on a random Tuesday afternoon when life gets loud and everything old comes rushing back up.

This weeks Monday Mindset on the goes deep into my personal experience with this.
