Peanut Butter Cup French Toast Rolls 😍
If you’re obsessed with the magic combo of peanut butter and chocolate (same here!), these gooey French toast rolls are about to be your new go-to.
They’re soft, golden, filled with warm peanut butter and Nutella, rolled in cinnamon sugar, and finished with a dreamy drizzle of melted peanut butter.
Yes, they’re as good as they sound.

What You’ll Need:
• 8 slices of soft sandwich bread (crusts off)
• Peanut butter
• Nutella or chocolate spread
• 2 medium eggs
• 50ml milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional, but amazing)

How to Make:
1. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
2. Spread peanut butter and Nutella over each slice.
3. Roll up tightly and set aside.
4. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
5. Dip each roll in the mixture, coating all sides.
6. Cook on a nonstick pan over medium heat until golden and crisp.
7. Roll in a mix of sugar and cinnamon while warm.
8. Drizzle with melted peanut butter before serving. (Yes, please.)
