Job Opening: Hotel Reservation Agent
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Reservation Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while assisting with booking, modifying, and managing reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
Assist guests in making and confirming reservations, including providing information on room types, rates, and availability.
Handle booking changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally.
Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into the system and confirmed promptly.
Provide a positive experience by delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficient in using reservation software and computer systems.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
