Simon Guobadia has finalized his divorce settlement with Porsha Williams. As part of the agreement, Porsha will receive $40,000 per month in spousal support, full ownership of their Rolls-Royce, and additional benefits.

Other terms of the settlement include:

✍️ Full ownership and clear title to the 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost and other vehicles
✍️ Approximately $224,000 to cover attorney fees and legal costs
✍️ 50% ownership of Simon’s $7 million mansion (purchased prior to the marriage), giving her equity valued at about $3.5 million

Housing terms:
🔰 Porsha may live in the home alone for up to three years (through 2027), rent-free
🔰 During that time, Simon is responsible for the mortgage, property taxes, utilities, maintenance, and all related expenses
🔰 By 2027, she may either buy out Simon’s share or sell the home and split the proceeds evenly

Despite receiving equity in the mansion, luxury vehicles, monthly support, and legal fees, Porsha is reportedly still pursuing contempt charges, alleging Simon owes more than $667,000 in unpaid obligations. 💔🤦
