A 14-year-old boy from Middleburg, FL called 911 early Monday morning and told police he had killed his parents, according to Clay County Sheriff Michelle Cook.

The teen, identified as Trevor Lee, reportedly walked over a mile to a nearby church before making the call. Deputies arrested him there without any trouble.

When officers went to the family’s home, they found the bodies of David Lee (44) and Brandi Smith (45), who had both been shot and killed.

Sheriff Cook said the situation started after a family argument. Investigators are now looking into the boy’s mental health and school background to learn more about what may have led to the tragedy.

Today I witnessed one of the most disheartening things I’ve ever seen.

This man got on the stand and openly admitted he was absent from his son’s life for the first 10 years because he was in prison. Then he said his sons lived with him for the next 10 years — which honestly explains a lot about their choices and behavior.

He played a part in shaping them, in the mess they got caught up in.

And then... he testified against his own son.

His own blood.

Like… who raised this man?

How do you look your child in the face and snitch just to shave time off your sentence?

Now he’s asking for a reduced sentence so he can be out for his 2 six-year-olds and an eight-year-old?

For what? So you can repeat the same cycle and mess up more kids?

Nah bruh. Some people don’t deserve a second chance at fatherhood.

I just found out that Kierra Campbell has passed away. Just last week she inform her followers that she was given 3 months to live. She was only 27… a strong, beautiful mother of seven who fought so hard through end-stage chronic heart failure.

Many of you helped support her recently — giving her the gift of more time with her children and loved ones. She was so grateful. I’ll never forget her words:
“If I could hug each one of you individually, I would thank you guys so much. I love you…”

This one hits different… now I feel a deep purple connection to her. I’ve been living with congestive heart failure for the last 11 years. I have a defibrillator in my chest, and my diagnosis came from postpartum cardiomyopathy. This is more than a story… it’s personal.

Kierra’s fight is over, but her love, her bravery, and her devotion to her children will never be forgotten. Please keep her family in your prayers as they face this devastating loss.

🕊️ Rest in power, Kierra. You will never be forgotten. 💜

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office It’s just too much that’s disturbing about this video.

First, the man was told he needed his lights on—even though it wasn’t raining. He was complying. He asked for a supervisor, like we’re told we’re supposed to do when we feel unsafe or unsure. And instead of receiving help or respect, police busted his window, punched him in the face, yanked him from the car, and jumped him.

Let’s not even get started on the Black officers involved. To take part in that kind of violence against another Black man—unprovoked—is sickening. You should be ashamed.

I’m tired. I’m scared. I have three Black boys, and I pray every day that they will NEVER have to endure this kind of trauma, this kind of hate, this kind of abuse of power.

This isn’t just about one incident—this is about the ongoing fear, the injustice, and the pain that too many of us live with every single day. We deserve better. Our sons deserve better. OUR LIVES DESERVE TO BE PROTECTED TOO.
