Who’s checking out the Parade of Homes this weekend? 👀🏡

We’ve been visiting a few homes, and this video is from 805 Burke Street in North Hills, built by Tuscany Construction Group. One detail that caught our eye: a semi-hidden w**e room with a speakeasy feel and private fitness studio with spa. 🧖

Every town has a story, and Susan Weis has spent years helping Fuquay Varina tell its own ✨

She began with a part-time job at the Fuquay-Varina Downtown Association, back when the town had about 10,000 residents. Today she’s the town’s communications director, leading a team whose videos have earned numerous awards. She also helped lead the branding process behind the town’s “A Dash More” slogan.

The Carolina Hurricanes are bringing the Cup to the North Main Athletic Complex on Monday, September 28, giving fans a chance to stop by and snap a photo with one of hockey’s most iconic trophies.

That’s where The Hope Closet steps in. Founded by Fuquay-Varina residents Ashley Manstedt and Jill Luttman, the nonprofit provides household items and everyday essentials to neighbors facing hardship while building the personal connections that strengthen a community.

In less than two years, The Hope Closet has served more than 1,500 individuals across nearly 650 residences.
