Wahkiakum County Friday Forecast – “The Sky’s Crying Again” Edition ☔️

Friday:
Well folks, grab your raincoat, your backup raincoat, and maybe a small canoe — because the sky’s about to start leaking again! Expect a 90% chance of rain, which in local terms means it’s definitely happening. High near 63°, perfect for pretending it’s still summer while wading through puddles. Winds will start from the east-southeast at 6 mph, then change their minds mid-afternoon and swing south-southwest, because even the wind in Wahkiakum can’t commit.

Friday Night:
The rain might take a nap early on, but don’t be fooled — it’s just reloading. Expect more sprinkles after 4 a.m., as if the clouds set an alarm just to mess with you. Low around 48°, ideal for curling up and wondering why you still live somewhere with “rain likely” as a personality trait. 🌧️

Summary:
If you see sunshine, report it immediately — it’s probably lost.

🌦️ Wahkiakum County’s Very Serious Weather Forecast (Not Really)

Today:
There’s a 30% chance of rain between 3 and 5 p.m.—so basically, Mother Nature’s playing roulette again. It might rain. It might not. It’s like that one friend who says they’re “on their way” but you know they’re still in pajamas. Expect increasing clouds and a high near 67°, which is perfect weather for both complaining it’s too hot and too cold. Southeast wind around 6 mph—just enough to blow your freshly raked leaves into your neighbor’s yard.

Tonight:
Rain moves in after 10 p.m., because the sky apparently likes to cry itself to sleep. Low around 50°, so grab a blanket and maybe a snack for emotional support. Winds shift north at 6 mph, which means your rain will now come from a completely different direction—fun! About a tenth to a quarter inch of rain is expected, or as we call it here, “barely a drizzle but enough to ruin your hair.” ☔️

So, keep your raincoat handy, your coffee warm, and your sense of humor even warmer. It’s just another beautiful, slightly soggy day in Wahkiakum County! 😄

🌦️ Wahkiakum County Forecast: “Barely a Drizzle, but Definitely Drama” Edition 🌦️

Today: Mother Nature’s feeling generous — a whole 10% chance of rain after 5pm. That’s right, just enough to ruin your car wash but not enough to justify bringing an umbrella. Expect mostly sunny skies and a high near 63°, which is local code for “shorts and a hoodie weather.” Winds out of the west-northwest at a rebellious 6 to 8 mph — just enough to mess up your hair if you care.

Tonight: A slight chance of rain before 9pm, then she takes a break and tries again after 11pm. Temperatures drop to a cozy 45°, perfect for arguing over whether it’s too early to turn the heat on. Chance of precipitation: 30%, or as we call it here — “guaranteed rain if you just washed your truck.”

☀️ Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts, Wahkiakum — we all know the rain is just waiting behind a tree with a bucket. 🌧️

🌞 Cathlamet’s Comedy Forecast – “The Great Sun Extravaganza!”

Today:
Hold onto your iced coffees, folks — it’s actually sunny! 😎 Expect a high near 71, perfect for pretending you’re productive while you secretly sunbathe. Tonight:
Mostly clear with a low around 47 — ideal weather for stargazing, or realizing you left the window open and now your house is an icebox. 🌌 The wind will switch teams, going east-southeast after midnight, probably after a long meeting where it couldn’t decide what direction it wanted in life.

🌦️ Wahkiakum County Comedy Forecast 🌦️

Today:
We’ve got a 50/50 chance of showers this morning, which basically means Mother Nature is flipping a coin. Heads = rain, tails = sun, and somehow she always cheats. Expect partly sunny skies with highs around 67°, which is perfect weather for deciding whether to wear a hoodie or regret not wearing one. Winds will gently shift from the north to the west northwest at 5–10 mph—just enough to blow your hair into your mouth when you’re trying to drink coffee outside.

Tonight:
There’s a 20% chance of showers before 8pm—so, pretty much just enough to ruin your BBQ but not enough to water your lawn. Skies will be partly cloudy with a low near 49°, so keep your favorite blanket close (or your least favorite relative, if you need the extra warmth). Winds will ease to the northeast after midnight, probably whispering secrets about tomorrow’s weather that we’re not supposed to know yet.

☀️🌧️ In short: expect everything, prepare for nothing, and don’t trust the sky—it’s shady.
