a few years ago, i wanted to see if i could write a sestina. the strictness of the form intrigued me, and the repetition of six end words through the poem became a challenge unlike any i’d faced in writing.

after conforming to the rules at first, i decided, ultimately, to break a few. what’s art without decisions to stray?

A lot of you know I’ve been working this summer to display online the range of creative work I do. This is Version 1.0, and I’m already looking forward to how much more there is to come.

Fiction, poetry, memoir, blogging, music, comics, and much more—please take all the time you’d like to enjoy what’s here, because this is where it lives now. I don’t believe in gating access to the things I create, so I’ll continue to upload everything that I create. Feel free to let me know how I can keep improving accessibility to the work, too.
