The truth is that everyone involved with this case seems to have disregarded it. Consequently, a mother was left without answers before her passing, and two brothers continue to await justice. I am extremely disappointed in the investigators and police departments. Hopefully, no other family will have to endure the same distress and emptiness as this family has. It is unacceptable that trust in those paid to provide answers has been eroded. The fact that the perpetrator remains free, attending church weekly in Greencastle, is deplorable. Essentially, it appears that, in Franklin County, one can commit heinous crimes, such as mutilation and disposal of a lifeless body in a body of water, without facing consequences, leaving loved ones to suffer.

He has risen !!! 🪻🌷🪻🌷🪻 sending a special prayer for the answers and closure for Debra!! You know who you are . You know what you did . Everyone involved that has turned the other cheek and left this case sit . I pray you never have to go through losing a murdered child and to know the justice system failed . 45 years later
