BENJAMIN MOORE KNOXVILLE GRAY HC-160: Moody and dark, this shade is a mixture of gray, blue and green. Use this shade on cabinets, built-ins, bathroom vanity, to color drench a cozy corner or entry.

BENJAMIN MOORE QUIET MOMENTS 1563: A calm and quiet light gray with a soft blue/green undertone, this shade is perfect creating a relaxing bedroom.

Let’s talk BEIGE

Think beige = boring? Don’t forget that neutral walls are a great background for colorful artwork, furniture, fabrics or accessories.

One of my favorite shades? Manchester Tan. This sandy beige is dark enough to stand up in large rooms with a good natural light but not so dark that you can’t use it in smaller spaces as well.

Because of its golden glow, Manchester Tan is a great choice for north facing rooms to balance the cooler light.

For woodwork, choose a soft creamy like Benjamin Moore Simply White.

A soft and moody blue/gray

Boothbay Gray is a beautiful shade of mid-tone gray with a blue/green undertone reminiscent of sea glass.

In north facing rooms, the cooler blue tones will shine through while in southern and western facing rooms Boothbay Gray will lean slightly into a smokey green.

Pair with shades of linen, taupe, charcoal and accent with slate or teal. For woodwork and trim, try a crisp white like Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace or a slightly softer shade like Steam (one of my favorites!). Accent in hardware and lighting with brass or bronze.
