I think we f* up

This is the current state of the bathroom. We would have 2 glass doors for the shower area.

I think we made a mistake putting this type of mirror on the wall. I think it looks too bulky in the space and it hides a lot of the beautiful small tiles, that we paid a lot for..

Now if we want to change it to a circular LED mirror we could do that but will be left with 5 beautiful holes right above the mirror.

We could try and fill the holes but the tiles are glossy and not sure how will manage to that and my concern is that the LED from the mirror will highlight them.

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Upgraded Pantry Shelves

The pantry was a wreck. We moved in a little over a year ago with with crummy mdf shelves and wire baskets. I temporarily put up IKEA shelves to help, but it was spiraling it of control. So, I made some floating shelves to gain more horizontal space and organization.

This was my first indoor project that used more finish carpentry techniques, and I'm pretty happy overall. There are some small mistakes, but I was able to cover them pretty well and few people would ever notice.

What to do with the space in home?

Bought a house and the previous owners have built in wall space under the stairs for their dog kennels complete with lighting.I don’t have dogs or kennels. 34 inches height 52 inches wide and 41 inches deep. Any ideas welcome I don’t care of it is weird.

Sometimes I put my soda can there and that’s literally all we use it for.

Help convince my dad how awful any of these tile choices would be
Went to visit my dad and was appalled to see what he was considering for his tile choices in the kitchen and foyer of the home. This home is beautiful and he’s about to absolutely massacre it I need you all to help me find a better fit for this 70s style home and not let him commit this atrocity. Second picture is what the kitchen looks like. I’m thinking a light tile color like cream? I’m open to ideas I just know it’s not any of these.

Bathroom Layout, Yay or Nay??

Me, my friends, and my family are all disagreeing, I need reddit to be the arbiter.

I'm renovating my bathroom, this is a 3D modelling of the proposed layout.

**Option 1**: the current photo. **The issue:** I believe having the glass shower panel in front of you immediately as you walk in makes the room feel quite cramped.

**Option 2:** swapping the sink and shower around. This opens up the room but then you would be showering right next to the toilet, which feels gross

**Option 3:** ???

How would you lay this out? The toilet is relatively fixed and must be in that corner (though angle can change), everything else can move around.
