While waiting for a new heart, playing with toy trains brought Hazael the most joy. His family often took him the nearby train station and even used the train to travel to his medical appointments – all to keep Hazael smiling through the challenges. 💙 After a successful heart transplant, Hazael’s wish to go on a train trip was finally full steam ahead! 🚉
