A real-time review of my prenatal massage at The Spa of Charleston 🤍

Pregnancy has been tough on my back, and I’ve been dealing with a lot of muscle soreness, and this was hands down one of the best massages I’ve had - perfect amount of pressure to relieve my knots & soreness while still feeling so safe and comfortable! I loved that they offer prenatal cushions that allow you to comfortably lie face down.

One thing to know before you book: this isn’t a luxury spa with a lounge to enjoy before or after your appointment, so plan to arrive around your scheduled time. Also, don’t plan anything afterward because you’ll be extremely relaxed 🙌🏼

Huge thank you to my massage therapist, Maria, for such an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be back 🫡

Saint Urban’s is a cozy European-inspired wine bar tucked away in Charleston that’s worth adding to your list 🍷 their wine and cheese list is elite and I cannot wait for my first glass after baby girl gets here!!

PS: they have n/a aperitifs if you’re looking for the closest thing to a zero proof aperol spritz 🍹
