We wanted to take a moment to share a quick update with our Gluten Free Gourmet Hub family 💛

Over the past couple of months, we’ve been incredibly busy with catering events, and while we’re so grateful for that support, it has meant less time getting the food truck out on the road. As with any small business, sometimes life happens behind the scenes—and right now, we’re also focused on important things like licensing and securing our commercial kitchen to keep growing the right way.

We can’t thank you enough for sticking with us, supporting us, and continuing to show up for what we do. It truly means everything.

We’re excited and working hard to get the food truck back out soon, and we can’t wait to serve you again in person!

Big news from our kitchen! 🍪✨

We’ve been working behind the scenes on a fun collaboration with Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R and we’re so excited to finally share it with you! At the end of this month, their products will be featured at the Charleston Open at Credit One Stadium, and yours truly will be baking their incredible Foatmeal (oat-free) cookie mix with lots of love to share as samples!

I’ve already sampled these cookies and they are delicious. Even my very picky-eater husband gave them a big thumbs up—which says a lot! 🙌

If you’re heading to the Credit One Charleston Open, be sure to stop by and grab a cookie sample. And make sure to follow Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R to see all the amazing allergen-free products they’re creating.

We are so incredibly thankful for all the love and amazing feedback from our Thanksgiving drop 🤍 It truly meant more to us than you know.

We’ve had some changes in our personal lives that required us to pause and refocus for a bit, but please know this is not goodbye. We’ll be taking some time through the rest of the year and will be coming back after the New Year with a refreshed menu and new, exciting ways for you to enjoy our food.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support, kindness, and encouragement. We are so grateful for this community and can’t wait to see what the new year brings ✨

As we settle into our new commercial kitchen, we want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing customers who’ve supported us through this exciting transition! Your encouragement and love for our gluten-free creations truly keep us going. 💛

As the holiday season begins, we’ll be scaling back our food trailer events to focus on preorders — making it easier for you to get your favorite dishes for all those festive meals and celebrations. 🎄✨

📣 Exciting Update from Gluten Free Gourmet Hub!

We want to let you know about some changes coming up. We’ll be moving out of our current kitchen space at Mixson Kitchen, which means we’ll no longer have a daily grab-and-go option. 💛

But don’t worry — we’re not going anywhere! 🙌 We’ll be popping up at events and offering a preorder menu so you can order ahead and pick up your favorites at our pop ups.

We’ll be focusing our efforts around the Summerville & Moncks Corner area, while still making appearances in North Charleston too. 🌟
