I took a girls trip to a resort filled with honeymooners, and this was my experience…
As a part of the Excellence Collection The Excellence Collection, my besties and I chose Riviera Cancun Excellence Riviera Cancun for a few reasons – first, everything (and I mean everything) was included. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort, and let me tell you – I felt like royalty. From the ease of booking flights and accommodations together through the resort, to ALL food AND drinks, activities, and more… you could say from the moment we stepped foot on property, we were sold. Second, our room was so luxurious, spacious, and featured a balcony overlooking one of their multiple unique pools across the resort. Complete with a walk-in shower and turn-down service every night, we felt like we were living in a dream.
But, my personal favorite part about Excellence Riviera Cancun was the curated schedule of activities and special events happening all-day, everyday. It was super easy to navigate through their app, and just a short walk to anywhere on property. We dined at a handful of their 25 restaurants and bars, explored Isla Mujeres from our catamaran excursion, and entertained ourselves into the night with their variety of shows and activities.
One specific night I want to highlight is the Summer Solstice reception that they surprised us with on their large central patio – complete with cultural and acrobatic entertainment, a dinner buffet, face painting, and tequila tasting.
Overall, I have no complaints and only positive things to say about Excellence Riviera Cancun. Now, I guess, all I need to do now is check out the rest of their many adults-only Caribbean destinations… So I guess the only question left to ask is – Are you coming with me?
