Transparent Post:

Now a little background info before I move forward. I wasn't raised by my biological parents. I wasn't around them much growing up except for the occasional pick up or holiday gathering so I never was able to forge a true connection/bond with them. As I grew up I struggled with feelings of inadequacy such as "why don't they want me?"etc.

When I became an adult these surpressed feelings turned into a fear of abandonment and dependency issues in relationships. I didn't like the feeling of not being accepted/wanted so I allowed certain situations to occur that I otherwise shouldn't have. Since doing Shadow Work, inner child healing, and therapy, it's allowed me to acknowledge and release those negative connotations about myself. My parent's choice had nothing to do with how valuable I was and everything to do with the decision they thought was best.

Today my aunt sent me this pic of me and my bio dad. This is the first time I've ever seen anything of us together when I was a baby. The smile on our faces says it all. Mostly a reminder for me that the little girl in that picture was more than valuable and worthy, and always will be.❤️

Been ducked off for the past month getting closer to The Most High. Crystals, sage, and etc. are cool, but when you have a personal relationship with your Creator you'll realize those things are merely accessories to your journey. Everything you REALLY need has already been instilled in you. You have the power at any given time to improve and transform your life. It's happening.🦋

I'll be back with more content once my isolation period is complete. I hope you guys are doing well.❤️

Thank you so much to Tamra Moody for inviting me to participate in the Davidson Association and Mt Zion Baptist Church annual community health fair. I wish I could post all of the sessions because each one made my heart so full. I am truly grateful to have been a part of this event and fellowship with some amazing people. ❤️💫🧘‍♀️

Crazy that my pops invited me to church after I privately decided to get closer to The Most High. The Rev's message was right on point for me too. Even more of a coincidence that I found a black feather in front of my mother's tombstone when I visited after church. They symbolize a season of change, transformation, and also hope and optimism. I suppose I'm on the right track after all.❤️

I have always had a passion for helping people resolve their issues and struggles. I started witnessing the people around me as well as myself operating outside of our true selves, which almost always leads to stress, depression, anxiety, and any other low vibrational emotion that can drain you of your peace of mind. It’s my job to share these findings and coach the ones who may be struggling to navigate through the triumphs of life.

I am a Spiritual Coach with a certification in Meditation and Crystal Energy Healing. I specialize in helping people become aligned with their true spiritual selves by coping with the issues that are causing them dissatisfaction and stress.
