Big winners: Ford, Dodge SRT and Toyota dominated different corners of the market.

Legendary mentions: Corvette ZR1 and GTD-era builds, plus a surge in interest for used enthusiast cars and $200,000-custom builds.

The aftermarket — led by players like Fox Factory, Singer and RTR — is reshaping what “cool” looks like on wheels.

Not cars at all: Sim-racing and platforms like iRacing nearly became legitimate motorsport contenders.

But 2025 wasn’t all wins — there were flops, flops-by-choice media gimmicks, cursed campaigns, and more than enough “dogs of the year.”
