Day 2. We celebrate SELF DETERMINATION or KUJICHAGULIA. This means we are to define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves, and speak for ourselves. As we draw closer to the New Year many are writing down their goals and aspirations for 2023. Take part in this. Write it down and make it plain and clear. Take those big steps and find the smaller steps to get you to your goal. You can not lead effectively without clear vision. Be able to not only tell others your goals but yourself. this -determination
