I have been sick, fatigued, and hurting. Then I got covid. I am learning to listen to my body.... and without health; you have nothing. Nothing. ​​​​​​​​

I am getting better, drinking more and less Coca-Cola. Setting limits and trying to work, smarter. I am listening...​​​​​​​​
