I had the privilege this week of podcasting with Andrea Frohning at the Dentsply Sirona headquarters in Charlotte. What an inspiring conversation about leadership, resilience, and the power of women supporting women in dentistry and beyond.

We are so excited that Dentsply Sirona will be hosting our annual Dental Entrepreneur Woman Fashion Show next month at their beautiful headquarters, where 200 women will come together for an unforgettable evening. We’ll be featuring looks from Twice as Nice Uniforms and local boutique Sara Campbell, and celebrating the incredible women who make this community so vibrant.

One of my favorite moments was sitting in the podcast studio with Andrea holding the Summer 2025 edition of Dental Entrepreneur Media Magazine featuring my dear friend and colleague Travis Rodgers on the cover. Travis had just met Andrea at Dentsply World last week, a perfect example of how small and connected our world really is.
