Congratulations to The Oakwood School Class of 2025, who held their graduation ceremony Friday night in the Agnes Q. Monk Hall Gymnasium.

The senior class was awarded over $1,700,000 in scholarships.

Students from the Lower School served as the senior escorts.

Kris Arnold, former teacher, coach and Director of Development at The Oakwood School, and now Senior Advancement Officer at East Carolina University, gave the commencement address.

J.H. Rose High School baseball rallied for four runs in the bottom of the 7th inning to win 5-4 vs North Lincoln in game one of the NCHSAA 3A State Championship best-of-three series Friday night in Holly Springs.

Game two of the series is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday in Holly Springs.
