Part 1 The Ukraine and Russia War.
What I’m about to say is not going to please many people out here on Facebook, especially those that are either a fan of Ukraine or Russia.
The Background
Fact 1: During the early part of the 20th century, you will find that before the revolution in Russia the Royal family, the czar had his summer palace in Crimea. And the history shows from the 1917 revolution on back Crimea has always belong to the Russian nation.
Now I am no fan of Russia, but this is something that is historically true. However, Ukraine has the right to exist outside of Russia, as does any nation or group of people that want to govern themselves.
Fact 2: I am no fan of Russia, but we must be realistic here and understand that also 70% of Crimea is Russian whether intentional or not. We must be realistic Putin, no matter what we think of him as a leader, must be able to take away something away, to save face. This is the only way we will have any type of lasting peace in Europe.
So why so much of the ruckus and war that is currently happening?
Fact 3: This goes back before the first Ukrainian war when the president of Ukraine, who was an allied of Russia was overthrown. Within a year Ukraine and Russia had exchanged hostilities, which led to the first Ukrainian/Russia war.
Using the excuse of independent territories, i.e. separatist trying to have independence from Ukraine. Russian started hostiles.
During this first war, there were atrocities committed on both sides, and Ukraine had did have and still has a thriving neo-N**i community.
It also should be noted here, that before the final solution was even on the board of the N**i party during the second world war, the first concentration camps were created in Ukraine leading to well over 130,000 deaths and more of Jewish citizens.
Other factors:
Fact 4: In addition to this what needs to be stated is Ukraine before the first Russian/Ukraine war, had signed an agreement with several oil companies, including Exxon Mobil, Dutch shell, and others for exploratory drilling of energy off the coastal area of Crimea.
Then, of course, as we know Russia, then seized Crimea. These oil companies and their interest were immediately lost.
Russia did this to have access mostly to the black Sea and to try to remain relevant in the world regarding their naval aspects as well to keep competitor from the EU energy market.
Now it is Important to understand I am not trying to justify these actions. I am just stating facts.
The Now:
Fast-forward to today, overtime, the Ukrainian political situation changed, the neo-N**is and their groups fell out of favor with the elite in Ukraine.
As well as Jewish president was elected.
This president and his government were able to suppress these movements somewhat, however, they are not completely removed from Ukrainian society.
They have been deeply ingrained since World War II within many families. This being the case, Putin of Russian use this as an excuse to launch a second illegal invasion.
Now that this has happened, the Europeans want to get their hands back on Crimea. This also includes the United States, in the end.
Fact 5: THIS WAR IS ABOUT MONEY, as well as the NAVAL FACILITIES in Crimea.
How can we end this problem for all involved?
Here is the solution - quite simply, neither side is going to get everything it wants.
Ukraine and Russia must both have access to the black sea.
Russia must face the fact that it will go through an economic, deep recession, due to the overspending in regard to in regard to defense (29% of GDP) and accept this.
Ukraine must accept that it will not be able to have Crimea.
The United States and the EU will have to accept that they also will have to make political as well as economical sacrifices.
This is the only way that a major conflict, including the possibility of a THIRD WORLD WAR as well, as a limited nuclear exchange, or a full-blown one can be avoided.
What I am stating here is not comfortable for any sides that are involved.
Again, I want to state that I am not a fan of the Russian federation nor the president of Russia, I feel that he has no concern for the meat grinder he has cause, nor well over a half a million and most likely closer to 3/4 of a million citizens killed just on the Russian side in the two wars, this number does not included the Ukraine side, which makes this number well of a million.
As well of his poor mismanagement and creating and being party to large amount of corruption being tolerated within Russian.
I am also not impressed with the Ukrainian government neither, nor its inability to curve the corruption within Ukraine concerning many of its society issues as well as government agencies.
What I am saying here is no party here is perfect nor complete in the right.
There is blame enough for both sides as well as the way foreign powers have also handled this situation.
Summary of facts:
All the above being said, these are the facts.
The only possible proposal that will work peacefully is the following:
1. Russia, withdrawals from all territories of Ukraine, except Crimea.
2. Ukraine recognizes and agrees that Crimea is succeeded to Russia.
3. Russia recognizes that the Ukraine and the Ukrainian people have the right to self-government as well as joining the EU and NATO.
4. NATO and the EU, recognize that they need to sign a nonaggressive agreement regarding Russian territory.
No one party will get everything what they want, but this will bring about at least a calm of peace in the region, and possible overt WW3 and millions more lives being lost.
