Hi! I’m Alanna Brewton, MS, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, Heart Math Instructor, Registered Yoga Teacher and currently working on my Ph.D. in Psychology. I take a holistic approach when working with clients combining the mind, body, and spirit in counseling. I’ve been working in the field of addiction for over 20 years now.
