Do you need community service hours? Have you been looking for a place to generate volunteer hours or just to "give back." Do you need a tax credit or tax write off? Or, just to feel goid helping others? Consider volunteering with the Little Rock Cultural Center.

Volunteers needed for Gallery Crawl (1st Friday of each month), theatre production lobby attendants, workshop set-up/registration/take down, Admin. Asst., Program Asst.

***ATTENTION***
The Summer 2016 "Know Your Rights" session will kick off Saturday, August 13th from 10am to 4pm at the Little Rock Cultural Center! There will be live entertainment as well as presentations from a Public Defense Team.

We are also seeking donations to provide free lunch and snacks for the youth. Donations can be sent to Little Rock Cultural Center

Yours truly finished court college this past Winter 2015 and 3 tests away from finishing certification as a Paralegal. "People Get Ready"!

A special woman who has overcome racism, racist behavior and sexist to become the first African American female Navy pilot and with rank. She is the first AA female pilot for American Airlines.

You don't have to be puffed up with false pride when you know you are the best of the best. A trail blazer inspiring other young people everywhere. She is right here, living among us. We need to support her summer camps and lead the way for providing other options for our youth.

I can not believe all the fires that Willie Ratchford puts our in the community. He is director of Charlotte Mecklenburg Community Relations Committee. And, I was honored to have him on WGIV "People Get Ready" .
P.S. he starts a few fires, too!
