Today is beer day. 🍺

Bartender secret...beer lovers hate for you to serve them a beer that doesn't have a proper head on it. A "head" is the white foam on top. No head can be an indication of the beer being flat. A large head show that it was poured by someone who needs some training or there is a tap issue. The large head is an indication that the beer was poured too fast or at an incorrect angle.

Tap issues could be that the tap hasn't been collaborated, O2 problems, the keg needs to be replaced, or the bar needs to make a service call to the vendor.

Fun fact about me...I bartender for 5 years at Summerfest serving tons of beer each night. I also trained other bartenders at several venues.

I've never had or made Carbonara. But apparently Saturday was Carbonara day. But what is it? It's a pasta dish "made with eggs, hard cheese, fatty cured pork, and black pepper." Spam the comments if you'd like to see me attempt this.
