until my body started shutting down.

As a creative, I thought it was normal to carry it all
the ideas, the to-do list, the deadlines,
all while trying to look like I had it together.

But the headaches?
The exhaustion?
The lack of joy in doing what I once loved?

That was burnout disguised as hustle.
