Do you like Green Goddess dressing? Do you know where it all began?
It was created at San Francisco’s historic Palace Hotel in 1923, by Executive Chef Phillip Roemer. It was made for an amazing “after party”, following William Archer’s hit play “The Green Goddess”. Now, this dressing is widely known. Thanks Chef Roemer!
