Meet the Nominee:
Nominated By: her sister Cristina Moore

If you know Sharon, you know she’s a force. Not the loudest in the room, but definitely the one who makes things happen. She built Sharon Rachel Interiors from the ground up in a town where she didn’t know a soul—pouring her heart into every project, even when she was the only woman in the room. She leads by example and with heart, treating everyone like family. Whether she’s designing beautiful spaces, mentoring women in male-dominated industries, serving her HOA, or being an incredible mom—Sharon juggles it all with grace and grit.

Sharon is affiliated with the National Kitchen and Bath Association, the Interior Design Community (IDC), and serves as president of her HOA while also volunteering with her neighborhood social committee. Her impact in Lake Norman goes beyond great design—it’s personal, powerful, and lasting.

She is a true leader, a trailblazer, and a woman who shows up for others. Sharon embodies the spirit of this award through her service, her leadership, and her commitment to lifting others as she climbs. We are so proud to recognize her as a nominee!
