How to Make It

Wet Mix
2 large eggs

Apples
2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp are great)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons milk (or cream)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Cook the Apples:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Cook 5–7 minutes until tender and caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2. Make the Batter:

Old Bay Breadcrumb Topping
• ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• Pinch of Old Bay seasoning

Garnish
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease small ramekins or a baking dish.

Prepare the Crab Filling
In a bowl gently mix the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix carefully to keep the crab pieces intact.

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

9 cups Chex cereal

Method
