2 cups cold milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ teaspoon green food coloring
1 cup mini chocolate eggs or pastel M&M’s
1 cup Peeps marshmallow bunnies or chicks
Directions:

Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a ziplock bag and rolling pin. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
In another bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Let it sit for 5 minutes to set.

12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
Pink sanding sugar or pink sprinkles
Mini marshmallows (for bunny tails)
White candy melts (for bunny feet)
Pink icing or edible marker (for paw prints)
Directions:

Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to firm up.

2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup desiccated coconut (optional)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the lined baking dish to form an even base.
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows, desiccated coconut, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips evenly over the base.
Lightly press everything down with a spatula to help it stick together.
Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the slice is firm.
