IMMIGRATION RAIDS IN CHARLOTTE YIELD MANY ARRESTS

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have arrested several Charlotte, NC Latinos and other illegal immigrants in recent raids (Seen here).

ICE is currently conducting large scale raids across Charlotte.

Charlotte is taking an aggressive stance on immigration enforcement due to the President's tough talk on the United States immigration laws.

ICE claims that some of the people targeted in the raids have subsequently illegally re-entered the United States following deportation at an unknown time/place and were encountered again by ICE.

ICE released a statement saying:

"ICE is focused on removing public safety threats, such as convicted criminal aliens and gang members, as well as individuals who have violated our nation’s immigration laws, including those who illegally re-entered the country after being removed and immigration fugitives ordered removed by federal immigration judges.”

The current and future immigrant suspects targeted either have prior criminal convictions or have illegal immigration status.

Many have been removed from the U.S. previously but later re-entered the country.

Some even have outstanding final orders from a federal judge to leave the U.S., but have refused and went on the run.

ICE made it clear to “You’ve Seen first” that the hunt will continue for illegal immigrants in Charlotte and nationwide.
