One of the biggest lies people believe is that they need to have everything figured out before they can help someone else.

They don’t.

A kind word.
A listening ear.
A moment of encouragement.

Sometimes that’s enough to change someone’s day.

The people who make the biggest impact aren’t always the ones with perfect lives.

They’re the ones who keep showing up.

The ones who choose kindness while carrying their own struggles.

The ones who bring light into a room even when they’re fighting battles nobody else can see.

And somehow you still feel invisible.

For a long time, I thought the answer was convincing people to see my value.

Now I think the answer is different.

Build it.

Not for their approval.
Not for their validation.
Not for their choice.

Build it because it’s who you want to become.

You can’t force someone to see you.

You can’t force someone to choose you.

You can’t force someone to understand your worth.

But you can become undeniable.

One workout.
