here’s one good thing about the below freezing temps we had this past week: ICY waterfalls ❄️🥰

we headed out to Cloudland Canyon for a quick hike to see the ice and it was SO beautiful! Ryan and I were like “wow, it’s so nice to drive 30 minutes and be able to see views like this” — we will never take for granted the beauty in every season around Chattanooga 🥹❤️

the trail was a little icy in spots & some people in front of us slipped on a patch of ice. they were okay but it’s a good reminder to always be careful in these conditions!! 🙏🏼

anyone else feel like the 40’s today was a heat wave? lol looks like we’re getting 60’s next weekend 👀

my favorite photos from yesterdays’s majestic snow day in downtown Chattanooga 😍❄️ — Jan 10th, 2025!

snow is so rare around here in southeast Tennessee, it’s often referred to as a “snow dome” aka we have an invisible bubble covering our area preventing the snow from reaching the ground lol

but the snow dome broke yesterday because we got about 3-4 inches in the valleys & downtown this time!

the rarity of snow days here make them super extra special, and this weekend was no different ✨🫶🏼
