Jim Frale began his career with the Chicago Police Department in 1989, dedicating nearly three decades to serving and protecting the city. As a Patrol Officer, he spent 9 years safeguarding Chicago’s at-risk neighborhoods before being promoted to Detective in 1998. Assigned to the Financial Crimes Unit, Jim investigated complex fraud cases and worked alongside the Illinois State Police Ruse Burglary Task Force from 2012 to 2018.
