The music usually starts a little after 6 while the musicians get set up!

The Forge has steak, burgers, salmon, Caesar salad and more — but I LOVE their whipped feta. Seriously, get it!!

PLUS, The Chattanoogan has a spa for couples or individuals, rooftop bar + restaurant High Rail, Starbucks, event/wedding spaces and, of course, hotel rooms- so you could really turn this into a whole staycation. 👀

❤️ Donations are being coordinated through the Red Cross (if you want to donate $$) and physical donations were being accepted at Berean Baptist Church but now they’ve received SO MANY donations that they are just asking for $$ donations through Red Cross or VOLUNTEERS to help sort through the physical donations!

i am so incredibly thankful for the last 2 years- the community, the opportunities, love and everything that has come from starting this little “gen z chattanooga journalism” vlog account is surreal!!!

thank you, thank YOU to everyone who has followed along and supported me as i worked to grow this account from 0 (May 25, 2024 at 8:30 pm) to now (almost) 50k🤯(May 25, 2026) on instagram- working to help local businesses in chattanooga as well as just being a resource hub for things happening in our amazing city.

and a shoutout to .maum for being an inspiring instagram and IRL bestie and encouraging me to start this account / supporting me through all the craziness of social media, and to for being the best #1 supporter ❤️

NEW and NOW OPEN in Red Bank on Dayton Blvd 👀✨ Chattanooga officially has a new Central Mediterranean / South European inspired spot and it is SUCH a unique addition to the local food scene!!

📍 The Spritzeria- 3912 Dayton Blvd, Chattanooga, TN 37415

The owners created this as a homage to their home country, Malta 🇲🇹 and the whole space feels like a cozy European hangout spot right here in Chattanooga 🧡

🍷 They have spritz drinks, beer, wine, aperitivi & amari, Lavazza coffee, a full bar, and more!

🍕 The Gozitan Ftiras are SO unique — kind of like pizza, but not traditional pizza. Some have red sauce and some don’t, so if you want a more classic pizza vibe definitely order one with red sauce! The fresh bread and toppings tasted incredibly fresh.

🫛 Their spuntini appetizers include meatballs, lupini beans, caprese sticks, and more! Plus desserts like affogatos ☕️🍨

🪭 This feels like such a great spot to unwind, grab drinks with friends, or have a chill date night. Such a cool addition to Red Bank and the Chattanooga restaurant scene!!

i think I just found my new favorite burger spot in Tennessee…

Tallow House in Cleveland, TN may have just changed my life😭🍔🤤 who knew fast food could be so high quality and delicious?! AND THE PRICES🤯🤯

This is NOT your average fast food burger. Everything here is intentional:
🥖 locally baked sourdough buns
🥩 high quality grassfed beef
🧀 real cheddar cheese
🍟 hand-cut fries cooked in beef tallow
🚫 NO seed oils
🚫 no corn syrup
🚫 no mystery ingredients

the prices are INSANE for the quality??‼️⬇️

🍟 Fries = $4
🥤 Organic Maine Root sodas = $2.50

The sourdough bun alone deserves its own fan club. Like genuinely one of the best burger buns I’ve ever had. Everything tasted SO fresh, light, real, and high quality while still giving that perfect smashburger experience.

You can tell there’s so much care behind this place. Nothing feels fake or overprocessed. Just simple, honest, insanely good food. greta job to our friend 👏

⚠️ ONE IMPORTANT THING:
They are currently in soft opening mode, so expect possible waits and limited hours while they fine tune everything! TRUST ME THOUGH… it’s worth it.

2026 is the year of the side quest and summer is basically here so let’s let the side questing begin!!! (in between all our jobs of course hahaha)

wanted to share some ideas for y’all to do solo/with your friends/ with your boyfriend or whoever BUT ALSO
i loved doing “new friend friday” last year and wanted to do something similar! im not sure exactly what it will look like (may be a little more spontaneous!) but message/comment if you’re interested in side questing with me trying new activities and fun this summer 🥳🥳👀

I am literally SO EXCITED about doing this with !! During our recent move, I was moving my wedding dress from one closet to the basement and was getting sad how it was just sitting preserved in a box. I want this baby to be WORN again!👰‍♀️ But I know none of my sisters or future daughter will want to wear the exacttt same dress as me for their wedding- however a modified tea-length style dress sounds PERFECT for their rehearsal dinner or just re-wearing again for me for special occasions like anniversaries!!

😆 so share this with a friend who 1) either just has their dress sitting away in a box or 2) needs some tailoring on a dress! I’ve done 2 appointments now at Fairy Godmother Tailoring and they are THE BEST!!!
