Attorney Kaitlyn and Paralegal Aya helped our client win long term disability benefits from Unum after the insurance company wrongfully denied his claim. Unum argued that he could perform his previous light-level occupation as a Senior Radiation Technician.

Through a detailed appeal supported by updated medical records, physician opinion forms, a neuropsychological evaluation, and a functional capacity evaluation, our team proved that his spinal stenosis, radicular pain, COPD, emphysema, and cognitive impairments prevented him from performing even sedentary work. Unum reversed its decision and approved his benefits.
