✨ Something is coming… ✨

One12 Recovery has a second women’s recovery residence COMING SOON 🏡💛

I heard one of my favorite speakers say that whenever we say “something happened”… that something is actually God.

We hear people talk about miracles all the time and say, “I don’t know, but something happened…”
No—GOD happened.

And SOMETHING has happened at One12 Recovery.
God has been in every single step of it.

It has been absolutely incredible to watch these women rebuild their lives—and to do it SOBER. One day at a time. Hand in hand. Shoulder to shoulder.

Something has happened for each woman who has walked through our doors… and now we are beyond grateful to be in the process of opening another door to help even more women find freedom, connection, and a new way of life.

✨ Stay tuned as the SOMETHING continues to unfold… ✨

PLEASE READ🦋

Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference in someone’s recovery journey. ❤️

One of the women at One12 Recovery has been with us for about a month and a half now, and she has truly been an amazing resident. She shows up every day for her recovery, participates in the home, and has gone above and beyond in ways that make us so proud of her.

Right now she’s going through a tough financial moment. She lives on a fixed income and her disability check was temporarily suspended due to a period of incarceration. It should be reinstated next month, but until then she is doing her best to navigate life with very limited resources.

When she first moved in, some incredibly generous donors helped her by providing a phone and one month of service. That phone has been such an important tool for her recovery and daily responsibilities. She now needs a Straight Talk prepaid phone card ($45) to continue having service.

She could also really use a few comfort food items. We are able to receive food boxes sometimes, which we are grateful for, but they rarely include things like:

• K-cups (coffee)
• Milk
• Lunch meats
• Ramen noodles
• Meats or ingredients that can help make a good dinner

These might seem like small things, but for someone rebuilding their life they can mean everything.

In recovery, a woman can go from fear and uncertainty to relief, from shame and embarrassment to feeling loved and worthy, and from hopeless to hopeful. Sometimes that transformation happens because a community chooses to show up.

If anyone in our community would like to donate these items or make a small monetary donation to help relieve some of this stress so she can continue focusing on her recovery, it would mean so much to us and to her.

I will attach our PayPal and Venmo below, or feel free to reach out to me personally if you’d like to help in another way.

Thank you all for continuing to show these women that they are not alone. 🦋

✨ Community Need at One12 Recovery ✨

One of the women in our home has a long road of restoration ahead of her, but she is showing up every single day willing to do the work and check things off the list one step at a time.

She is currently involved in Recovery Court, which means she attends classes four days a week, court once a week, drug testing multiple times a week, and she is also putting in the work building a strong foundation in a 12-Step program. We are incredibly proud of the effort she is making.

When she arrived at One12 Recovery she had no money, no food, no hygiene items, and no phone. Thanks to some generous support we have been able to meet her basic needs like food, hygiene, and some clothing. However, one thing that would make a huge difference for her right now is a cell phone.

Many of us don’t think twice about checking the time or being able to call for help if we need it, but for someone trying to meet multiple court and recovery obligations, not having a phone can be a real challenge.

If anyone in our community has an old phone they are no longer using and would be willing to donate it, we would be incredibly grateful.

If you can help, please message me.
Thank you all for continuing to support the women of One12 Recovery. 💙🦋

About a month ago, a key member and leader in One12 Recovery suffered a moderate to severe stroke while at work. In those first moments, nothing else mattered except one question… was she going to be okay?

Leslie spent a week in the neuro ICU, and all we could do was pray and show up — making sure she knew she wasn’t alone. And show up we did. So many women came together in support. People went above and beyond, and it was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed.

Before sobriety, so many of us knew what it felt like to be alone and lost. But that’s not what I saw during this season. Leslie has shown up for countless women at the very beginning of their recovery journeys — loving them, guiding them, standing beside them. And this time, it was our turn to show up for her.

Someone told me recently: You can fake caring, but you can’t fake showing up.
And our recovery community proved that. Not just One12… people from all over the recovery community showed up in love and support.

In what felt like such a dark time, I was given the gift of witnessing something incredibly beautiful.

And today… I got to bring Leslie home. 💙

Her HOME is One12 Recovery. She isn’t just a resident. She isn’t just a House Lead. She is family. She is a friend. She is a living example of what we mean when we say walking hand in hand and shoulder to shoulder.

As we were leaving Siskin today, doctors and staff lined the halls clapping, cheering, waving pom poms, celebrating how far she has come and sending her home with so much love. I was overwhelmed with emotion and beyond grateful to be the one rolling her out of that rehabilitation center and bringing her back where she belongs.

Welcome home, Leslie.
We love you so much. 🦋💙

There is something so powerful about watching recovery come to life in real time. 💙✨

This weekend at the Stepping Into Serenity Conference, I had the absolute honor of watching the girls of One12 Recovery show up in the most beautiful way. They came early, stayed late, and were of service from start to finish. No recognition needed — just women showing up for recovery and for each other.

These women experienced connection with hundreds of women from all over the country. They heard stories filled with truth, courage, and hope — and you could feel it landing in their hearts. This is what recovery looks like. This is how hope grows.

One of the most special moments was coming together with the amazing women of The Hope Society in Lebanon, TN and hosting a dinner filled with love, laughter, and memories we will carry forever. In that room, connections were made that will last a lifetime.

We had women drive almost 6 hours round trip just to love on and support the girls at One12. That kind of love is something you never forget.

Thank you to every single person who helped make that night possible:
• The women here in Chattanooga who continue to show up and build real friendships
• The Hope Society for showing up with food in hand and an open heart
• The women I sponsor for showing up open-minded and willing to have new experiences
• The girls of One12 Recovery who continue to live in the spirit of service to others and each other
• The committee who made Stepping into Serenity happen

And a very special thank you to my sponsor and dear sisters in sobriety — Renee and Lisa. You both showed up with so much love and grace. You have guided me, shaped me, and continue to teach me what it truly means to love and serve others. I am the woman I am today because of women like you. I love you both so much. Thank you. 🤍

This is what we believe at One12 Recovery — connection, service, and women walking hand in hand toward a new life.

These are the moments that remind me… this is why we do what we do. 💙🦋

Some of the most powerful moments at One12 Recovery don’t happen inside the house — they happen in places like courtrooms. 💙

It is such a privilege to walk beside these women as they work through legal challenges, and today was one of those moments that just hits different. Instead of fear, shame, and uncertainty… there was gratitude. Gratitude because today they are no longer alone. No longer running. No longer living in worry and fear.

Watching Kimberly hand over proof of FOUR clean drug screens in the past month and a meeting sheet showing she’s been at a 12-step meeting every single day (sometimes twice a day!) was absolutely incredible. The smile on that woman’s face said it all.

Kimberly is showing up for life today. 🙌
She has a strong support network.
She is doing the work.
She is building a brand new life — brick by brick.

From broken and desperate… to learning how to love herself and life again. That’s recovery. That’s transformation.

I am so incredibly blessed to witness these moments and walk alongside the women of One12 Recovery as they rebuild their lives one day at a time. 💙🦋

🦋 BIG NEWS + SO MUCH GRATITUDE 🦋

We are officially TN‑ARR CERTIFIED — and this one means everything.

At One12 Recovery, we believe minimum standards just won’t do. Safety and structure matter — but so does ethics, integrity, transparency, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. TN-ARR certification represents that commitment. It confirms that this home is not only safe and well-run, but operated ethically and above state standards, with women’s dignity, choice, and empowerment at the center of everything we do.

This is more than a house.
This is women rebuilding their lives together.

Here, recovery isn’t isolated or transactional — it’s lived hand in hand and shoulder to shoulder. Women walking through hard days and good days side by side. Learning how to trust again. How to show up. How to build lasting, healthy connections with other women who truly understand.

Recovery — and a spiritual connection — has to be at the forefront of our lives for real change to happen. And that’s exactly what the women of One12 Recovery are choosing every single day.

One day at a time.
With purpose.
With connection.
With courage.

This is HOME.
This is where recovery happens. 🦋
