Kooking Tips With Kimmy!
- Let your meat come to room temperature before cooking it…should be about 30 mins dont let it sit out no 4 hours now lol
- Burning your garlic…start over! The dish will be bitter and ugh
- Sear your proteins with a high heat oil…not butter..use butter later to baste because butter burns QUICK!
- That Texas Roadhouse butter you are making? Its wrong..u dont just mix softened butter with cinnamon and honey…u have to WHIP the butter first..the butter should get a pale lightskin like me in the winter!
- Flavor in layers..and flavor doesnt always mean salt…add some fresh herbs!
