💔 days I feel like I’m falling apart.

Not because something terrible happened that day…

But because life has a way of piling things on our hearts.

Grief.

Loneliness.

The things we miss.

The things we wish we could fix.

On those days, I don’t always have the right words.

So I crochet.

There’s something about holding the yarn in my hands and making one stitch after another that quiets my mind.

It reminds me that even when life feels messy, beautiful things are still being created…

One stitch at a time.

Maybe that’s how healing works too.

Not all at once.

Not in one big breakthrough.

But slowly…

One prayer.

One deep breath.

One act of kindness.

One ordinary day.

One stitch at a time.

So if today feels heavy for you…

Keep going.

You don’t have to have everything together.

Just take the next stitch.

Have you ever felt lonely… even though your life looks full? 🤍

This is a little hard for me to share.

Eight years ago, my husband and I moved away from Delaware, where all of our family lives. We thought we’d build a new life here in Georgia, make new friends, and find our place.

But life doesn’t always happen the way we imagine.

Most days, it’s just me.

I don’t work outside the home, so the days can get very quiet. Some days I crochet. Some days I work on my little business. Those things give me purpose and help fill the hours.

Then last year, I lost my dad.

Since then, the quiet has felt even quieter.

I’ve realized something I don’t think we talk about enough…

Loneliness doesn’t only happen when you’re physically alone.

It can happen when you miss your people.
When you’re grieving someone you love.
When you’re in a new place that still doesn’t quite feel like home.

If that’s where you are today, I want you to know you’re not the only one.

And if you’re someone who has a friend you’ve been meaning to call or text…

This is your reminder.

Reach out.

You never know how much a simple, “Want to grab a cup of coffee?” might mean to someone.

And if you’re the one wishing someone would ask you…

I’m praying your people find you, and until they do, I hope you remember this:

You are seen.
You are loved.
And your story still matters.

There was a time when taking care of myself always came last. 🤍

Life had a way of pushing me to the bottom of my own list.

Work.
Family.
Health.
Appointments.
Grief.

There was always something more important.

Now, every morning and every night, I spend just a few quiet minutes taking care of my skin.

Not because I’m chasing perfection.

Not because I’m trying to look 30 again.

But because I’ve learned that taking care of myself isn’t selfish.

It’s a reminder that I’m worth taking care of too.

That’s what Glow Rx has become for me.

More than skincare…

It’s part of my daily ritual.

A few quiet minutes before the busyness of life begins.

And after everything life has taught me, those few minutes matter more than I ever realized.

What does your daily ritual look like? 🤍

“I’m not here to convince you. I’m here to share what has become part of my life.”

Healing doesn’t always happen all at once. 🤍

Yesterday I talked about giving yourself grace on the hard days.

Today I wanted to share one small way I choose to care for myself… even when life feels heavy.

For years, I thought taking care of myself was something I’d get to “when life settled down.”

But I’ve learned something through grief, chronic health struggles, and the ups and downs of life…

There will always be something asking for our attention.

If we wait for the perfect time to care for ourselves, we may be waiting forever.

So every morning and every evening, I spend just a few minutes washing my face, applying my Glow Rx skincare, and taking a deep breath.

It’s not really about the skincare.

It’s about reminding myself that I’m worth taking care of too.

Of course, I love what it’s done for my skin.

It’s helped calm my breakouts, improve my skin barrier, fade old acne scars, and give me confidence I never thought I’d have again.

But the biggest gift has been the reminder that self-care isn’t selfish.

Sometimes it’s the first step toward healing.

Maybe today your version of self-care looks different.

Maybe it’s a quiet cup of coffee.

A walk outside.

Reading your Bible.

Calling a friend.

Or maybe it’s simply washing your face before bed.

Whatever it is…

Don’t forget to take care of the person in the mirror.

She’s been carrying a lot, too. 🤍

✨Most people hear the word fatigue and think it just means you’re tired.

But with EDS, fatigue isn’t the kind of tired that sleep fixes.

It’s cellular.

Our muscles are constantly working overtime just to stabilize what our ligaments can’t. Even when we look like we’re resting, our bodies are still working incredibly hard just to hold everything together.

That kind of exhaustion changes how you care for your body.

For me, supporting my body from the inside out became really important. Hydration, minerals, and collagen support aren’t just wellness buzzwords — they actually matter when your connective tissue needs extra support.

That’s one of the reasons I consistently use Glow Juice and Bellame’s collagen. They help support hydration and give my body some of the building blocks it’s constantly trying to rebuild.

It doesn’t cure EDS.

But it helps support my body so I can keep showing up the best I can.

And for anyone living with chronic fatigue… you know how much that matters. 🤍

👇
If you live with EDS or another chronic illness, how do you explain your fatigue to people who just don’t understand?

I don’t know who needs to hear this… but you are allowed to reset. 🤍

Today was long.
The kind of long that sits on your shoulders.
The kind where your mind won’t slow down even when your body is tired.

And I’ve learned something in this season of life — pushing through exhaustion isn’t strength. Rest is.

Tonight I’m doing my little reset ritual:
✨ Dream Luxe Sleep Mask
✨ Sleep On Demand film strips

The mask helps me unwind and create a calm space.
The strips help quiet my mind so I can actually rest — not just lay there replaying the day.

Stress ages us. Lack of sleep steals our glow.
But when we support our body instead of fighting it… everything feels different.

Less tension.
More peace.
Deeper sleep.

I’m choosing rest tonight.
Because tomorrow deserves the best version of me.

If you’ve been running on empty, maybe it’s time for a reset too. 🤍

Sleep 🛌 well my friends!!
