Day 3 of The Great Lace. I wore my favorite dress that I felt captured the Worlds Fair theme with wine and bourbon bottles from around the world. This day was a bit of an up and down. The swap was meh for me not much of what I was looking for but to be honest I had done enough shopping in the vendors hall so I can’t complain 😅. I went and got breakfast with which was awesome and we took some great pics. Then there was some issue with seating for the tea and I had to wait until everyone else was sat before I could enter. This kind of bummed me out in a big way. Let’s just say I had a good time with the people I was surrounded with this day more so than the events. I was happy to see all the grand coords as everyone entered the tea party. They were all so beautiful 🤩 and thought out. Seeing the coords I usually only see online was really the best part of the entire event, well and the shopping. The shopping was amazing. Shopping in person all the different vendors, top tier!

Day 2 of The Great Lace was filled with shopping, frills and thrills! The fashion show was cool. I got to see more fabulous people irl that I follow online. Seeing them and their coords in person was a real treat. Sometimes it was so unreal seeing them in person I didn’t even know who they were until they told me. The shopping was top tier. And being in rooms filled with only frilly fashion was the icing on the cake. I have much more footage than I know what to do with 😅 The Palmer House I known for their brownie, apparently they invented the brownie or something. It was tasty they also had and Old Fashioned cocktail version which was also tasty 😋. Wandered the city another night. Chicago is great. I’m going back very soon!

The Great Lace was over a week ago and I just realized I haven’t shared anything. Here’s day 1! Went to a museum. Got a coffee. Found a new sticker. Stood in front of a big thing (if you are familiar with this particular piece of art, you know what I mean lol). Saw some of the city and its architecture. Went to some panels. It was a good day! More of Chicago to come. 😝

This was a truly blessed and beautiful birthday. I appreciate everyone who made it special. Still celebrating but the start has been fabulous!! I finally got to visit .caffe and I loved it! The service, the food, the decor. The place was perfect! Thankful for my friend taking me to celebrate my existence while twinning our .pyshkin Game Over Dresses and trying Decora. It was a grand time. Looking to many more awesome birthdays with special people. 😊🫶🏾😊🫶🏾

You ever go to an event and have such a good time you forget to get content. Well yeah that happened to me at Blaq Pixie Riot this past weekend. I have a few pictures and a dumb cute jacket from .diy that I can’t wait to style. This was an awesome event. The entertainment was great and the vendors were so unique. I really love what Urban Fantasy Ball does with their events! Anyway go check out this up cycle designer and maybe get you a cool jacket. 🧥 🐆

Went to The HIGH Museum of art to view the Fashion Statements exhibit by iconic Fashion Artists Viktor and Rolf with my daughter and . The exhibit was awesome. The fashion. The art. The dolls. I loved everything. Seeing pieces I’ve only seen through the internet irl was amazing. The details and accompanying dolls to each design were so nice to see. We also explored some of the rest of the museum before my hunger got the best of me. I might go view this exhibit again before it leaves and visit more of the rest of the museum.
