Not so much repurposing/upcycling, but I'm all about reducing waste and making the most of what you have.
Intended to put wallpaper up and ended up giving the vanity a makeover too. 🙃 A vanity top might crack if you stand on it, FYI...
Nothing a little gold leaf paint and some epoxy won't fix! I've got better things to spend $300 on. This was inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi, in which broken pottery is repaired and the cracks are highlighted in gold leaf or paint.
Now every time I walk in my bathroom, I'll have a little reminder to embrace my flaws. 💛

Got this piece from marketplace, they were selling the top portion only, and turned it upside down. Added board and feet to the bottom. Turned the drawer guide so the drawers were on top. Added another board to the top. Love my new piece of furniture
