Terrible Scott here. I haven't been posting on social media of late, but know that we have continued to post episodes almost every week. Our first anniversary was on 5/4, and we've released 49 episodes in that time. That's pretty fu***ng cool.
May is mental health month, so I guess it's time to admit that I'm tired. It's approaching 3 years since the incident that inspired the podcast, and my life has continued to change. The Scott who sent these messages died that night, and a different, stronger Scott was born.
I know I'm stronger because I'm still here, but I'm still looking to find my footing. I'm still looking to find out who this new Scott is and what he wants. All I know at this point is that I'm proud of this podcast and that great things are coming my way.
I haven't been able to look at these texts since the night this conversation happened, but it's time to take another step forward. This is part of my liberation. It's part of my rebirth. It was literally my second chance.
Thank you so much for listening to us for the first year. I'm going to resume posting on social media in the coming days, so expect to see more activity here. I'll include clips from some of our favorite episodes, and promote some episodes that i didn't during my social media hiatus.
