1 lb shrimp (peeled, tails on)

1 lb crab legs

4 ears corn, cut in halves

1 lb baby potatoes

1 smoked sausage, sliced (optional)

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Foil sheets for grilling

4 bone-in pork chops

1/4 cup brown sugar 🍬

1 tsp garlic powder πŸ§„

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder πŸ§…

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

For Rice:

1 cup long grain rice

2 cups chicken broth

2 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves (minced)

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup salsa

6 large flour tortillas

Oil for frying

Instructions:

In a skillet, cook ground beef & onion until browned. Drain fat.

Add garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper. Mix well.

Stir in salsa, cook 2 more mins. Remove from heat.

Mix in both cheeses until melted.

Spoon beef mix into tortillas, fold in sides, roll up tight.

1 large onion, sliced

2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp butter
