The Live Nation settlement has NOTHING to do with Jay-Z or Roc Nation.

This is about the government going after Live Nation and Ticketmaster over claims they control too much of the concert industry — venues, promotions, and ticket sales.

Some states think the settlement is too soft because it doesn’t break the companies up.

But somehow the internet saw the word “Nation” and dragged Jay‑Z into it.

Y’all… please. 😭
