I like this company. A nice human in Ireland accidentally clicked on the wrong title. I was asked if they could ship them the correct title. That meant they would have both digital titles for the cost of one. I approved it, the human sent a lengthy thank you, and the world continues to revolve. This is the first time it's happened, so it's not a common scam or anything.
