Happy Monday Y'all!

This weekend was about scheduled joy.

I went to a fun collage workshop at taught by . I truly enjoyed being able to turn my brain off and create for a while.

I also enjoyed brunch at Lincolnwood and it was SO good! Did I mention that's where my paint and sip will be on July 20? 😉.

Make time for the things that make you happy, brighten your mood, and give you something to look forward to during busy weeks.

This was a great tip that my therapist gave me, and it really helps!
